Calling from the VioVoice App

To make international calls from the App:
  • You do NOT need to dial (0) or the (+) plus sign before the number you wish to call.
  • The VioVoice network automatically knows you are making an international call:
    • To call the USA, Canada or Caribbean
      Dial 1 + Area Code + Local Number
  • To call from your contacts, you need to ensure the phone number is in the correct dialing format.
    Go to your address book.
  • Check that the phone number you wish to call is in the correct format.
  • You do NOT need to dial (0) or the (+) plus sign before the number you wish to call.
    • For USA, Canada & Caribbean:
      1 + Country Area Code + Local Number

The first step to get started is to download our App from the App store. Then register your phone with VioVoice.

Registration is quick and easy.

At registration, enter your mobile phone number. A one-time registration code will be sent to you by text (charges may apply – depending on the plan with your service provider.) Enter the code to complete the registration.

We typically use your mobile phone number as your username and assign a password to you when you register.

No, with VioVoice, you do no need to dial (0) or (+) before dialing the number you wish to call. Simply enter the country code, area code and the number and VioVoice will place your call to your desired country using our intelligent technology.

Yes, both the callers can speak and be heard at the same time. VioVoice is a Full Duplex System. Full Duplex System means a connection that allows communication in two directions simultaneously.
Absolutely! You can call any country in the world using our service with the applicable rate for that country.
